The Greek Island of Crete delights every sense, it is visually beautiful, and populated by friendly people whose hospitality is legendary. Crete’s snow-capped mountains rise imposingly above meandering valleys steering rivers, and trickling streams, carrying mineral-laden water, filtered crystal clear by aeons of draining through the mountains.

Wild birds abound the rivers and fields of Crete, the acres of olive groves providing a natural habitat for many small creatures.

When I first visited Crete around five years ago, it was love at first sight! Crete’s menu of pleasures satisfies all appetites, whether you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the old town, rhythmically dancing the night away, drinking in the culture at ancient historic sites, or simply worshipping the sun from a secluded sandy beach, Crete will scratch your itch!
